Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the U.S. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jmdesignsSC@gmail.com. We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for a similar item at no additional cost. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required to process your claim.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at jmdesignsSC@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Please note that return shipping costs (excluding damaged items) are the responsibility of the customer.
